The calendar is open for the next 180 days so that reservations can be made up to 180 days from today. One day will be open at every 0 o'clock.

We do not take reservations by phone or text. 


A text message will be sent when the payment is completed normally.

If a cancellation occurs, it is reflected in the calendar in real time.

- July, August, New Year holidays and Chuseok holidays are the peak season.

- Weekend rate will be applied on public holidays and the day before.



CHECK-LIST BEFORE RESERVATION 


- Infants and children are also included as the number of personnel. Exceeding maximum permitted occupancy is not allowed.

- Minors without guardians and pets are not allowed.

- When exceeding the standard number of people, ₩20,000 will be charged per person per night. Bedding will be provided according to the number of people.

- To ensure proper hygiene, we get monthly pest control services. However, you might see bugs or pests due to the nature of the environment. Please note that prepaid reservations cannot be refunded due to the above issue.

- Selling or transferring reservations to others is strictly prohibited. If such an act is found, you can be held responsible. 



COMMERCIAL USE

- For commercial use, please contact us through <0504-0904-2034-> with the following information.

- Brand / Number of Guests / Date / Equipment type / Name and contact information

- Commercial photography, video photography (including advertising, product photography, shopping malls, and SNS markets) and drone photography, which are not previously discussed, is not available.


Poolhouse Indoor Pool 


- The Indoor pool is filled with cold water by default.

- If you select hot water option, ₩ 100,000 will be charged and the water will be kept warm at around 35 ℃ through the temperature maintenance device.

- Hot water can be used only if you request in advance.

- If you request on site, hot water will be prepared from the next day afternoon.

- If you stay for more than 2 nights, please select the number of days to use. (Use all 2 nights > choose quantity 2)

- You can choose as an option during the booking step.

BBQ GRILL

- Grill, charcoal, foil, gloves, tongs and torch are prepared. But guest have to prepare food such as meat separately.

- You can choose as an option in the booking step.

- BBQ is not available at the cottage as there is no kitchen.

- If you are unable to use it due to weather condition, it will be refunded.


RESERVATION GUIDE


- After payment is made and completed, we send you a confirmation message. 

- Reservation will be canceled, if the payment is not made within 12 hours. 

- If conflicting reservations exist for the same room on the same day, the earlier request will be given priority. 

- Cash receipts can be issued when payment is made. Please make a request at the time of reservation.

- If you cancel a flight or ship due to bad weather, please send me the proof document and I'll give you a 100% refund.

- A reservation for more than 2-nights, we refund according to the refund policy based on the 'check-in date'.
